Warranty & repairs
Every watch we sell carries the manufacturer's international warranty — normally 2 years from the date on your invoice, covering the movement and manufacturing faults. The stamped or digital warranty card comes in the box.
What it covers
The movement, the hands, the dial, and any fault in how the watch was made.
What it does not
Scratches, dents, a cracked glass, water damage on a watch that was not rated for it, batteries after the first year, straps and bracelets, and anything opened by someone who is not an authorised repairer.
Water resistance is not a promise it can swim
3 ATM survives rain and washing your hands. 5 ATM will take a shower. 10 ATM and above is fine for swimming. No quartz watch enjoys a sauna — heat kills the seals.
A note on batteries
A quartz watch that stops after 18 months usually needs a €10 battery, not a warranty claim. Any jeweller can do it in five minutes.
Separately from the warranty, you keep your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, which last longer and cannot be signed away.
