Delivery & tracking

Every watch is sent insured and tracked from our European warehouse. Because it is inside the EU there is no customs, no import VAT and nothing to pay at the door.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. You will get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse.

A watch is worth signing for

Parcels are sent tracked and may need a signature. If nobody is at home, the courier will either leave a card or drop the parcel to a collection point — please use that rather than have it left with a neighbour.

If your tracking has not moved in three working days, email us. We will chase it, not you.
