Returns & refunds

You have 14 days to change your mind. Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it — you do not have to give us a reason.

How to return something

1. Email contact@uw-fashion.ie with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
2. We will send you the return address and a returns number.
3. Post the watch back within 14 days of telling us.

Condition

The watch must come back unworn, with all packaging, links, tags, the warranty card and the box. Please do not size the bracelet until you are sure you are keeping it — a shortened bracelet cannot be returned as new.

Refunds

We refund the full order value, including the standard delivery you paid, within 14 days of receiving the watch back. It goes to the card you paid with.

Return postage

Return postage is yours to pay unless the watch arrived faulty, damaged or wrong — in which case we pay it, and we are sorry.

Faulty or not as described?

That is not a return — that is our mistake. Email us and we will sort it out: repair, replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. That right lasts far longer than 14 days.
